How is the process structured?
Both Personalized Shopping Experience and Personalized Beauty Box services begin with a brief skin profile/preference review through a survey, which is sent by email after you book the service. For the Personalized Shopping Experience, we then guide you through local drugstores and high street beauty stores. For Personalized Beauty Box, we curate a bespoke collection of items and deliver them to your hotel or accommodation if you are on the go.

Options of area are Shibuya, Shinjuku and Yokohama.
