Welcome to Tokyo Beauty Journey by Asako. By accessing this platform or booking my personalized shopping experiences, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth, professional, and bespoke experience for all the international visitors who book the services.
1. Curated Shopping Sessions
Each session is uniquely designed based on your beauty goals and skin profile. To ensure the highest level of personalization, all bookings require a minimum of 3 days' advance notice for planning and itinerary curation.
2. Booking Confirmation & Cancellation
- Payment for our services must be made in full at the time of booking.
- For cancellations made more than 2 days ahead of the scheduled date, cancellation fee is not required.
- For cancellations made within 2 days before the service date, 50% of the service fee is charged.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of service / No-show, 100% of the service fee is charged.
- All transactions are handled in Japanese Yen (JPY) or equivalent through our authorized gateways.
- For Personalised Beauty Box, cancellations made within 5 days up to 3 days before the check in date, 50% of the service fee is charged.
- For Personalised Beauty Box, cancellations made within 3 days before the check in date, 100% of the service fee is charged.
- Failure to complete survey will mean that you will not get Asako's best selection in your beauty box.
3. Professional Recommendations & Liability
Tokyo Beauty Journey acts as a shopping assistance. I do not provide clinical advice and cannot be held liable for skin reactions or results. Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests on any purchased items.
4. Client Conduct & Safety
I expect all clients to maintain respectful and cooperative behavior during our guided tours. Tokyo Beauty Journey reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate.
